Our luxurious, a la carte restaurant is situated on the gound floor of the hotel and has the advantage of the unique panoramic views of Cardigan Bay coastline looking south and west - an ever changing vista throughout the seasons - with the benefit of stunning sunsets.

Guests are thrilled to get a grandstand view of the bottle nosed dolphins for which the bay is famous whilst they are eating dinner or breakfast.

Our A La Carte restaurant is open to residents and non-residents Monday to Saturday 7-9pm-please ask us to reserve you a table.

A la carte menu...

We are renowned for the quality of our food and are proud that we use, as far as possible, all local produce including organically grown vegetables and salads, Prime Welsh beef and delicious Welsh lamb and pork.

Our menus vary throughout the year to reflect seasonal variations and we offer fresh fish including sea bass, lobster and crabs caught locally from the bay and brought to us direct by our fisherman.

These we cook to order - you'll never taste fresher or finer. We always offer homemade soups, pate and delicious desserts. A fine and extensive wine list complements our menu and we offer our local famous Ty Nant mineral waters. We also stock a large selection of liqueurs and spirits. Our friendly cocktail bar welcomes diners for aperitifs and is open to residents from 7pm.
